wonder product of the week: collection 2000 lasting perfection concealer (& review)

I've decided  to combine this weeks product with a review, as I haven't reviewed it yet, but it already deserves to be a wonder product! 

Say hello to Collection 2000's lasting perfection concealer. This has been around for a while now, but recently it's caused a bit of a hype in the blogosphere! I decided to try it out for myself...

The product come in a matte tube with a screw top lid. It has a doe foot applicator for ease of application. I neither love nor hate the packaging; it does the job and doesn't get too grubby!

I picked up the shade in Light 2, as I am fair - medium skin toned. It looks a little dark on my skin but when put over my No7 BB cream and blended, it's a perfect match. The concealer feels light on the skin and does not look cakey and over done; it does an amazing job of covering any imperfections and hid the bags under my eyes! (result!) The doe foot applicator means that you can get a precise application on a spot for example, but the concealer can also be blended. 

The concealer definitely did not last 16 hours as the product claims, but I would say it lasts 6-8 hours maximum. When set with a primer and powder I would presume it would last longer. I really like this product and would definitely go back to it! For a high street brand its brilliant quality and only costs £4.19!(from Boots) 

I would highly recommend this to any one still searching for their perfect concealer, and this definitely deserves to be a wonder product of the week!
